成都中医药大学(CDUTCM)是中国最早建立的四所中医药高等院校之一，原名成都中医学院，创建于1956年，1995年更名为成都中医药大学。历经60余年的发展，学校已成为一所以中医药学科为主体，医药健康相关学科专业相互支撑、协调发展的特色鲜明的高水平中医药大学，是教育部、国家中医药管理局与四川省人民政府共建高校，国家“双一流”学科建设高校。
2013年，《糖尿病微血管疾病中医症状的有效依据及临床循证研究》获四川省科技进步特等奖，填补了省内12年无特等奖的空白。获得59项专利;发表学术论文3089篇，在SCI及核心期刊发表论文817篇。培养省级科研创新团队7支;国家级，省级研究院为理事会，专委会委员380人。有效推进了医院向研究型医院的转型。不断推进国际交流与合作，与50个国家和地区的大学、医疗单位、科研机构及学术团体建立了交流、合作关系。是接受中国政府奖学金高校之一，培养了来自40多个国家和港澳台地区的学历教育学生（含本、硕、博）及多种类型的短期进修培训学员，与美国、加拿大、新西兰、泰国、香港、台湾等国家和地区的学校开展学历教育和互换学生项目。此外，由学生主办的学术性刊物《中医学与辩证法》已出刊38年。

In 2013, “The Effective Basis and Clinical Evidence-based Research on the TCM Symptoms of Diabetic Microvascular Disease” was awarded the special prize of Sichuan Province for scientific and technological progress, filling the gap of no special prize in the province in 12 years. Obtained 59 patents; published 3089 academic papers, 817 papers in SCI journals and core journals. Cultivate 7 provincial research and innovation teams; At the national level, provincial institute as a council, 380 members of the special committee. It has effectively promoted the transformation of hospitals into research hospitals.
